Introduction

It is a fact that living things produce and energy force. That energy force can and have been measured. Processed foods, genetically modified foods, and canned foods have zero bioelectricity. Whereas fresh produce and fresh herbs carry bioelectrical charges of up to 15 hertz for produce and anywhere from 12-27 hertz for herbs.

High frequency foods tend to be alkaline in nature and the energy of these foods can increase your bioelectrical output otherwise known as your life force.  When you juice high vibration produce and apply minimum heat to them, you are getting up to 15 hertz of energy per each serving. Cheers to your life force!

Superfoods Reduce Inflammation in Humans and Animals

Superfoods like garlic, olive oil, olive leaf extract, spirulina, turmeric, purple sweet potatoes, lemon, and spinach have all been documented to show the health benefits in living creatures and for some time now.

Study

In a study by the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, supported by the NHLBI, found that anti-inflammatory diets—the ones rich in colorful vegetables, fruits, and whole grains—may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. To assess how diet-related inflammation increases risk for a heart attack, stroke, or death from heart disease, researchers looked at the diets and health outcomes of 210,145 willing participants in the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up Study. This was a longitudinal study as participants submitted nutrition surveys every four years for 24-32 years. One in seven shared blood samples.

Participants that ate diets rich in anti-inflammatory foods, including leafy green vegetables, like spinach, broccoli, and kale; dark yellow vegetables, that included carrots, peppers, pumpkin, and beans; fruits, like berries; and whole grains, such as brown rice, had less incidents of cardiac-related events.

It was concluded that altering inflammation in the diet, like prioritizing foods naturally rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber, may help reduce the risk for cardiovascular disease.

Why Do Superfoods Boost Your Immune System?

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are man-made or natural substances that may prevent or delay some types of cell damage they may occur naturally or caused by the environment. Antioxidants counteract free radicals by giving up some of their own electrons. In doing this, they act as a natural “turn-off” switch for the free radicals. This process helps break a chain of chemical events that can affect other molecules in the cell and other cells in the body. Please remember the term “antioxidant” reflects a chemical property rather than a specific nutritional property.

Phytochemicals

Through trial and observation, it has been proven that there are numerous epidemiological data that point to the extensive health potential of phytochemicals in humans. A high dietary intake of phytochemicals with vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, and whole grain is associated with a reduced risk for cardiovascular and other diseases.
